From now on, you can create your graffiti page on FatCap. The process is pretty simple. You suscribe to "PhatCap", and you receive your username and password in your mailbox. Once you have it, you can connect and add pics (and manage genrally speaking) your page.
When you think that it is ready to be published, you juste have to declare it "ready" in your administration section, and a moderator will check it. If it meets the standards of FatCap (the pictures are not too big, not too small...) then your page will be activated.
Once there, you will follow the evolution of your page as if it were your own technologically-evoluted website: Statistics, management, deletion of pictures...
In case of trouble, you will juste have to e-mail us at <mailto:webmaster@fatcap.org> and we will try to find a solution to your problem.
